Portugal here I come

So it's been a long time coming. I've been promising to take a holiday for some time now. So now folks, it's official. I'm heading off to the sunny shores of Portugal to visit with Siobhan for 7 days leaving next Thursday. I've purchased my sun tan lotion today at lunch and all I need now is my bikini and my toothbrush.

This week has felt like it went on for eternity. It's pride this weekend but I don't do outdoor things in the rain and it is London after all so I'm not holding my breath... I'm sure I'll have something interesting to write about come Monday...

My weekend was riddled with celeb- mis-sightings...

mis-sighting #1 (Shirley Manson from Garbage)- seen shopping in Covent Garden?

Why, no, no Dan and I were terribly mistaken... didn't figure it out till we went into the diesel shop and realized that the person we saw was only the cahier that works there... mind you the resemblance was uncanny!

mis-sighting #1 (Boy George)- seen drinking at the King William in Hampstead?

Why, no, no I was mistaken but if Boy G was 2 stone lighter this would have been him... he had the signature hat and makeup and all... who knows, maybe it was him... but I kind of don't think he's lost that much weight... But I think he does live near by...
